- Leak checks at heads, valves and meter

Activation:
We’ll activate your system, inspect each zone for damages, adjust all heads for coverage and adjust controller to reflect changes in seasons. Any repair work needed will be on a time and material basis. Initial charge covers the 1st hour; any additional repairs are billed on a quarterly hour basis.
Winterization:
Every year, before the first freeze, the ritual of irrigation “blow out” becomes the priority for all irrigation systems. Even if you have drained some water out of the system, the remaining water can freeze, expand and crack the piping. Water left inside could freeze and rupture the pipe walls. Freezing water in the backflow assembly will damage the internal components and could possibly crack. To minimize the risk of freeze damage to your irrigation system, you’ll need to “winterize” your irrigation system. We have certified backflow specialists to make sure your city’s requirements are met but more importantly to keep your system from freezing and causing thousands of dollars worth of damage when your system is activated again.
