MYKE 5-Year Warranty
When fungus is a good thing!
In the nursery industry, MYKE has taken the “extended warranty” concept and turned it upside down ... offering you a product that is SO GOOD for your plants that they are helping us offer you a 5-Year Warranty on trees and shrubs planted with the correct amount of MYKE Tree and Shrub! Just purchase the blue tub of MYKE Tree and Shrub with your plant material and then put it in the ground!  Using MYKE is a “no-brainer.” It’s not a soil amendment, so you don’t mix it into the backfill. You amend the soil first and then sprinkle the MYKE directly on the roots of your plant before replacing the backfill. You only need apply it once. The mycorrhizae in MYKE lasts for the lifetime of the plant.

MYKE 3-Year Warranty
The same powerfully beneficial ingredients prepared to blend with perennial plants. When used according to directions, MYKE ensures better drought resistance and nutritional uptake by the root system.  Perennials lanted with the correct amount of MYKE will receive a 3 year guarantee. 

Plants installed by Rosehill Gardens are guaranteed for two years from time of purchase. Plants installed by the customer will have a one year guarantee.  This guarantee is for the purchase price of the tree and covers the general health and well being of the plants as installed. 

Our plant material will be free from disease or insect damage at time of installation. The guarantee does not cover deer damage, winter damage, acts of God, injuries incurred from improper maintenance or lawn care (i.e. weed trimmer trunk damage or over mulching) or lack of care by the homeowner with regards to, but not limited to, watering, feeding, disease and insect control.

Our goal is for you ad your plants to be successful.  We will gladly advise you with respect to their proper care.   Adequate watering is critical the first year of planting. The customer’s responsibility lies in keeping the plants watered through every season (even winter!) according to their needs and as discussed with Rosehill Gardens at time of purchase. If at any time your suspect a possible problem, notify Rosehill as soon as you can.  Preventive action can usually make all the difference.

Any plant found to be in need of replacement shall be replaced with a plant as close to the original and equal in value to the purchase price of the original plant.  Determination of replacements and time of replacements are at the sole discretion of Rosehill Gardens. This may require an on-site inspection of the plant or return of the dead plant to the Garden Center. The customer is responsible for presenting a sales receipt at time of replacement.  If a plant of equal value cannot be found for replacement purposes, a store credit will be issued. At no time will a cash reimbursement be given.

Exemptions to our guarantee include: Japanese maples, flowering dogwoods, rhododendrons, azaleas, dwarf alberta spruce, arborvitae, inkberry holly, roses, perennials as well as any plant installed in a container of any kind.
